Good food and nice views the hotel's location was convenient and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed the food and the lovely views from the balcony. the hotel has a pool that was clean and comfortable to swim in. the room had a cozy feel, which added to our romantic getaway.
Poor room maintenance and service Despite the good aspects, we were disappointed by the poor maintenance of the room. the shower had low water pressure and the bathtub was dirty.

We stayed at a hotel in the Dolomites for a city break and we liked the fact that there was an indoor and outdoor pool in the hotel, which was great for relaxing after a long day exploring the surrounding area. the hotel was situated close to shops and restaurants, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. the hotel offered a variety of massages, which was great for those looking for a bit of pampering during their stay.
The room was not cleaned to a high standard and there were stains on the furniture. the staff were not very friendly or accommodating, and did not seem to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.
